O16 took its first steps in a small room in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.
There, Morten and Emil, friends since childhood, served the food they would have wanted to eat themselves. Genuine Italian cuisine. A few high-quality ingredients, minimally processed. This is how Osteria 16 was born. What began as a simple meal has grown into something more lasting: restaurants, a cookbook, and a collection of objects rooted in everyday Italian life.
