Shipping
Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and delivered by a courier according to the times indicated below. You will receive a shipping confirmation with an identification code to the email address associated with your order.
Italy: €6,00 for orders under €50, free for orders over €50. Delivery within 3 working days, unless different times indicated in the product description.
Europe: €13,90 for orders under €100, free for orders over €100. Delivery from 2 to 6 working days, unless different times indicated in the product description.
Rest of the world: Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery from 5 to 20 working days, unless different times indicated in the product description. Shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures. Additional costs for customs clearance are to be paid by the recipient.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us by writing to store@soulstudio.store.
Free shipping to Italy for orders over €50, free shipping to Europe for orders over €100.
Returns
If the product received is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect/different product from the one ordered, we will send you a new/correct one without additional shipping costs.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s), we only accept returns if the items have not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund will be made following receipt of the return and inspection of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
"Made to order" items cannot be returned or replaced.
To start the return procedure, send us an email to store@soulstudio.store indicating the identification number of your order and the reason for the return and we will contact you.
