Your order will be prepared within 48 working hours of receipt and delivered by a courier within the timeframes below. Public holidays are not considered working days and may delay order preparation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code at the email address associated with your order.
Italy: shipping costs €6 for orders below €50 and is free for orders of €50 or more. Estimated delivery within 2–6 working days of receiving your order, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product description.
Europe: shipping costs €14.90 for orders below €150 and is free for orders over €150. Estimated delivery within 2–6 working days of dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product description.
Rest of the world: shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery within 5–20 working days of dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product description. Customs procedures may cause additional delays. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact store@soulstudio.store and include your order number.
