The Light Observer is a biannual magazine that explores light in all its forms - through in-depth articles and interviews, mixing upcoming and well-known artists, photographers, architects, scientists, designers.
The Light Observer Issue 4 è dedicato ai pensatori e agli artisti che ci aprono gli occhi su un futuro possibile. Scienziati che usano potenti laser per portare gli atomi allo stato liquido, artisti che si interrogano sul futuro delle tecnologie o che propongono nuovi modi di vivere i colori. Luce solida? Un intero film incapsulato in uno schermo immacolato? Questo numero mette in discussione i nostri sistemi di visione e la rappresentazione del mondo in cui viviamo.

Scientists using powerful lasers to bring atoms into a liquid state, artists questioning the future of technologies or proposing new ways of experiencing colours. Solid light? A whole movie encapsulated in one immaculate screen? This issue questions our ways of seeing things and our representation of the world we live in.
